What the audit form collects
When you request a Website Opportunity Audit, BeautyAI collects your name, email address, website URL, practice name, mobile number, required email consent, and—only if you choose it—separate phone or text consent.
How the information is used
BeautyAI uses this information to qualify your request, prepare and deliver the requested audit, and provide related one-to-one follow-up. Your information is not sold and is not used for unrelated recurring marketing through this form.
Form processing
Netlify processes and stores audit form submissions on BeautyAI’s behalf so the request can be received and managed.
Email, phone, and text
Email consent is required so BeautyAI can deliver the audit and follow up about the request. BeautyAI will contact you by phone or text only when you select the separate consent checkbox. That separate consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase.
Retention and deletion
Records are kept only while reasonably needed for audit delivery, related follow-up, and legal obligations, or until a valid deletion request applies. For a privacy question or deletion request, email limor@beautyai.website.
Please do not send health information
Do not submit patient, treatment, medical, or other sensitive health information through the audit form.
